Aluminum alloy body
“JCM” has become the only company in China to master lightweight technology with its independently developed full-load-bearing aluminum alloy structure. By integrating British aluminum alloy body technology and over 30 years of Hong Kong’s aluminum alloy manufacturing expertise, Jinchi has developed an innovative lightweight aluminum alloy full-load-bearing body tailored to domestic needs. The company has applied for multiple patents, including invention patents, utility model patents, and profile appearance patents.
“JCM” employs innovative rivet-bonding technology, simplifying the aluminum alloy connection process to reduce costs while improving production efficiency. Furthermore, Jinchi’s full-load-bearing aluminum alloy structure has passed the ECE-R66 safety standard test for Commonwealth countries, earning international safety certification. It features a 25-year design lifespan and a 15-year quality guarantee, significantly exceeding industry standards.
“JCM” possesses a complete suite of lightweight body technologies, including aluminum alloy framework + lightweight RTM (Resin Transfer Molding). Among these, its aluminum alloy framework technology is the only independently patented invention in China. The body structure utilizes a proprietary 400 MPa aluminum alloy, the only material certified by the UK and Hong Kong bus industries. Compared to steel, it has only 1/3 of the density yet offers exceptional mechanical performance and thermal conductivity (4.5 times higher machining efficiency than iron), as well as high corrosion resistance. This provides high-strength, lightweight, and durable solutions for new energy buses and special-purpose vehicles.
Pure Electric Chassis
“JCM” provides customized pure electric and hydrogen fuel bus and truck chassis for clients, including complete chassis exports and KD (Knock-Down) chassis exports.
Existing cases include:Right-hand drive 8M-12M pure electric bus chassis；EU-standard 6-meter pure electric bus chassis, 10.8m pure electric bus chassis, and 12m pure electric bus chassis；Iveco pure electric chassis；Right-hand drive pure electric truck chassis.
Pure Electric Commercial Vehicles
“JCM” provides customized pure electric and hydrogen fuel buses and trucks for clients, including complete vehicle exports and KD (Knock-Down) vehicle exports.
Existing cases include:6m、8.6m、10.8m and 12m pure electric buses, including EU-standard pure electric buses；
9m、11m and 12m pure electric tourist coaches；
18m hydrogen fuel cell bus；
3.5T、4.5T and 10T RHD pure electric trucks；
10T low-floor truck.
Customized Chassis
“JCM” provides customized chassis for buses, trucks, and special-purpose vehicles, including pure electric and fuel-powered models, with both left-hand and right-hand drive options. Existing cases include: EU-standard Iveco pure electric chassis；
Iveco four-wheel-drive off-road chassis；
6T right-hand drive off-road chassis；
10T right-hand drive off-road chassis.
Special Vehicles
“JCM” provides customized chassis for special-purpose vehicles, including 4X4, 6X6, and 8X8 configurations, multi-axle heavy-load vehicles, armored modifications, CNG and LNG conversions, and municipal vehicles.
